1. How many pictures will I get?
This is a commonly asked question when someone is wanting to book a session.
On the Sessions page there is an estimate under each package for how many pictures you will receive. It is usually much more than that. I like to give clients all the good pictures.
2. When will my pictures be ready?
For regular sessions, the turn around time is 2 weeks, weddings is 4-6 weeks. I will post a sneak peek on social media (if you want) and as soon as I edit the rest, you will receive a message from me about pick-up.

4. What if I don’t want an engagement session?
I will be more than happy to swap an extra hour of wedding coverage time if you do not want an engagement session.
5. How will I receive my digital images?
You can either download your images online on to your computer from an online gallery or I can put them on a disc for you. You may pick up your disc from my home in Addison, my office in Cullman during business hours (Mon, Wed, Thur 8-4 or Tues & Fri 8-12) or if that does not work for you please provide $2 at booking for shipping. Online galleries are available for 30 days.
6. Do I pay at booking?
Due to continuous no-shows, mini sessions MUST pay a non-refundable $20 deposit at booking. You have 24 hours to pay your deposit after booking or your session will be canceled. Regular sessions can be paid at the time of your appointment.
7. How can I pay?
Paypal, credit card, or check. I must receive the check within 7 days of booking.
8. What if I miss my appoinment?
With the exception of emergencies, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment if you do not show up without any warning, unless you prepay in FULL. Mini sessions may be canceled 24 hours in advance for a partial refund.
9. What happens if I lose my images?
If you lose your CD or online gallery download, you can purchase another CD for $20. Online galleries expire after 30 days.
